Rules to OceanCityDesign.com's Landmark Photo I.D Contest

FiveStones Design is putting out the challenge. Photos of well-known (or not-so-well-known) OC landmarks are going to be posted to test your knowledge of OC surroundings. Monthly prizes will be awarded to the winners!

Starting Summer 2009, each month, we will be showing photos of well (and not-so-well) known places in Ocean City. If you recognize the place, be the first to e-mail in, and you could be the prize winner. Submit your entry to: PhotoContest@OceanCityDesign.com You must put "OC Photo Contest" in the Subject line. Submissions without that subject line will be disqualified.

FiveStones Design Factory of Ocean City has created this site as a fun place for all OC locals and tourists to join in. Winners, prizes and sponsors will be posted on this site.

The contest is designed purely for enjoyment, entertainment and promotion by those producing, sponsoring and participating in the website, please no wagering.

Frequency:
New Photos and Sponsored Prizes will be posted 1 per month. The contest will begin on the first of each month, and end on the last day of each month. However, we may run special contests throughout the month. Check back often to see.

Winners:
The first entry to be submitted with the correct answer submitted via e-mail ONLY (to be judged by FiveStones Design Factory), will be awarded the prize. Winners will be notified by e-mail ONLY (so check your spelling and don't cancel your e-mail account). Winners' first name and city of residence will be posted on our website. No purchase is necessary to win. Multiple entries are welcome. Prizes will be awarded and distributed on a contest-by-contest basis. Shipping costs may apply, more likely with winners outside of the Ocean City area. Winners must wait 90 days before being eligible to win again.

Local OC Businesses wishing to sponsor a contest and be the featured advertisement on the home page (with a link to your site), please contact FiveStones.com for information.

The prize description, limitations and value are solely those of the company sponsoring and providing the prize. In the event availability of the stated prize is changed, prize substitution may take place. FiveStones Design Factory and OceanCityDesign.com reserve the right to substitute prizes at any time. The decisions of FiveStones will be final.

Substitution requests by winners will not be considered. If the prize requires the winner to be at a certain location to redeem the prize (example: restaurant certificates or store shopping certificates), transportation and additional costs may be necessary and fall to the winner to provide those expenses.

Value of the prize will vary based on that contest's sponsor... but hey, what do you want for nothing.. your money back?
